The LifeReactor Bioreactor system is a simple, inexpensive bioreactor with disposable vessels which is used for multiplication of organogenic culture such as nodules, meristem clumps or compact shoot clusters, somatic embryos and cells, and for growth of bulbs, corms or microtubers. The system produces up to 1000 plantlets per liter of liquid medium.

New Multiple Bioreactor

The Mobile Culture Rack was designed for commercial micropropagation. It is a compact mobile rack for the simultaneous operation of up to 12, five liter LifeReactors. The rack provides  adjustable supply of sterile humidified air for each of the bioreactors.
For harvesting of each individual LifeReactor, the vessel is simply disconnected from the air supply and brought to the laminar flow bench to be emptied.



Life Reactor Accessories

A set of tools that facilitate the sterile inoculation, and emptying of the LifeReactor, and transfer of plant material for separation and growth. The accessories were designed specifically for use with Osmotek products, with threaded spouts for easy attachment to the upper port of the reactor vessel. All items in the set are autoclavable. -

The VitroCut mechanical plant culture separator randomly cuts culture material on a knife grid with a unique self cleaning anvil. Cut plant material falls directly into a sterile vessel.
A single operator can replace 4-5 (or more) hand cutting operators using the manual model, and even greater efficiencies are possible with the pneumatic design.
